Shipping/Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION (within the USA)
We only ship orders Monday - Friday. We don’t ship on observed holidays. Most orders will ship within 48 business hours and arrive within 3 - 8 business days after they ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow your tracking link 24 - 48 hours to go live.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and double check your confirmation email. If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us immediately at info@travelchallengebook.com, and if your package hasn't shipped, we’ll quickly make the correction.

If orders are undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item back and collected a shipping fee. We can also issue a refund for the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION (outside of the USA)
We’re happy to send you the Travel Challenge Book wherever you are.

If your country is not currently on the shipping list, please send an email to info@travelchallengebook.com and we'll do our best to get one to you.

Because of the cost associated with international shipping, all international orders are final sale. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country’s international customs policies as we’re unaware and are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees.

RETURN POLICY
The return policy applies to domestic shipping only. All international orders are final sale. We also do not accept returns on sale items.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the Travel Challenge Book must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwritten in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@travelchallengebook.com with "Product Return" in the subject line and attached receipt as a proof of your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that you‘re responsible for paying the return shipping.
